Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the unit is drained of all fuel and oil as per safety regulations, and pack the item securely in its original factory packaging including all manuals and accessories.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
